Versatile pieces and me are a match made in heaven. Before I buy something, I have to think of at least 2-3 different ways to use it or I won’t get it except if I really want it.
Shoppers regret is a total bummer after all.
Collaborating with local athleisure line, Lynt, once again, I
accidentally discovered I can use the black bodysuit two different ways. You may have seen version one before, but if not, you can find it here.
By now, you’re probably guessing how on earth did I manage to do that. To make a long story short, what basically happened is that I ended up having the criss-cross on the front instead of the back, mainly because I put it on wrong
However, it wasn’t a bad look at all. I paired this with vintage Levi’s, pointed-toe shoes, and with a floral cardigan I bought from a thrift shop a while back.
Admittedly, my shoulders did hurt after a while, but this taught me a valuable lesson: it’s okay to wear clothes in a different way than it’s supposed to. The great thing about dressing yourself is that it’s an art form in itself- a form of self-expression, if you will.
Actions most certainly speak louder than words, but so do the clothes you wear.
