Well, now that the worst is behind us, it’s time to take a look at my wins, most of them being pieces that were inspired by countless experimentation. Let’s get started with OOTD number 3:

Jumpsuit: Lynt | Sweater: Thrift | Shoes: Styles for Less

Accidental Miracles Award: Faux Trousers

I remember when I first wore this jumpsuit like it was yesterday – I simply wore a sweater because it was chilly – and I was in love. If Lynt ever decides to create wide-legged trousers (the real kind), I’ll definitely be rocking them as often as I can. I already even have some ideas in mind. 😉

Most Creative DIY: Ripped Mom Jeans

Most of my life I have spent recreating my clothes into something that looks like brand new, and out of all the DIYs I’ve made last year, this is my favorite one. If you’ve been following me on social media or my blog for a while, you may have already known that these were my momma’s jeans. When I first got them, I didn’t want to destroy such gorgeous pants. So, I put it away for a while. But you see, my mind doesn’t work like that. I started thinking all the different things I’ve wanted to try, and that’s how these bad boys were made. Since then, I’ve gotten so many compliments and it fills me up with joy.

Chrissy’s OOTD of 2016: The Model Off Duty

You read right.

I have to say that every single piece are some of my everyday staples, now including the bodysuit after learning from a certain experience. This OOTD and the photoshoot are one of my favorite moments from 2016; this was when I first started working with a brand (long term) and it’s also one of my favorite photoshoots shot by my best gal pal.

Thank you so much for reading this! It’s pretty cool to look back and see what you wore, or in this case, me. So, I’ve decided to do this every year from now on. I’ll call it my annual personal style report card.
