This is part of a five part series, this one featuring Lynt’s black, high-waisted shorts.
Hey, you! Welcome to the fourth installment of holiday outfit ideas! I hope you’ve been enjoying them so far, but if you haven’t taken a look at some of previous days, I suggest you should as all the outfits are completely different. 🙂
I bring to you look number four…The Cute Look!
As you may know by now, I live in sunny San Diego which is now cold AF San Diego
well, for me it is meaning that it’s not really appropriate to wear shorts, let alone high-waisted shorts. Yet I absolutely adore them regardless.
Not wanting to be cold, I picked out a pair of light brown stockings from Walmart to go with this cutesy-Taylor-Swift-inspired look. Sticking to my minimalist ways, I chose this black and white button-up to match with the rest of the color palette I was going for.
When styling this look, I was inspired by Asian fashion, to be more specific, Korean fashion.
Sometime back in 2011-2012, I was obsessed with how cute but stylish OOTDs Koreans frequently wore. While I’m not as obsessed with that type of style anymore, I enjoyed the clean, minimalistic aesthetic they often showcased.
For this shoot, I had a special guest,
or should I say dog?, come join me. He’s my littlest one out of two Chihuahua mixes, and his name is Cappuccino, ‘Ccino (pronounced CHI-no) for short. He’s already been on my social media a few times, but expect to see the him and his brother a lot more. 🙂
Four looks down, just one more to go!
